Blocks – Handwoven Banana Fibre & Linen Wall Hanging

A woven study in banana fibre by Emma Shepherd. This biodegradable, by product from the banana crop harvest meets the inherent geometry of weaving, balancing spontaneity with the structure of the grid. Measuring approximately 100cm x 78cm, the piece can be hung from nails in the wall that the wooden rod can sit on.
